You must be wondering how it is possible to make a terrific impression with only a piece of paper and some information. How you present that information is going to determine if you get that awaited for interview. Use some of these great tips when you start writing your superb resume cover letters. For the purpose of this article, we will use a generic job of &#8220;Office Furniture Purchaser&#8221; to illustrate the main ideas.</p>
<p>* Don&#8217;t use up your first paragraph with a boring introduction. Make sure that you grab their attention. Give them the reasons you are qualified right off the bat.</p>
<p>E.g.: Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to apply for your advertised position as office furniture. am keen to emphasize the significant points of my career from the past 15 years in the office furniture industry with you.</p>
<p>* Don&#8217;t use old stand-bys like &#8220;Attached please find my resume&#8230;&#8221; Your prospective employer can SEE your resume; they don&#8217;t need you to tell them it is there. Abstain from using such statements that provide no real value. If you need to refer to your resume in your cover letter, use statements like this:</p>
<p>E.g.: My curriculum vitae will reveal I am a qualified and skilled office furniture purchaser with a proven track record in budget saving techniques.</p>
<p>There, you just told them that you have experience, and you know how to save them money, AND you have a resume.</p>
<p>* Make sure that your resume cover letter is written in an easy-to-understand manner. If you are educated, they will know that you can use big words in the interview.</p>
<p>E.g.: It would be an honor to join your team, and establish my record breaking office furniture purchasing experience with your company.</p>
<p>* Make sure that prospective employers are aware of what you are looking for, and mention words used in the ad in your resume as things you can do. It may look blatant, but it actually works subconsciously in the minds of the prospective employer. For example, if the ad says, &#8220;seeking detail oriented and efficient time manager for Senior Office Furniture Buyer&#8221;, you want to say&#8230;</p>
<p>E.g.: My skills include a flawless attention to detail, commitment to meeting deadlines, and multi-tasking experience as a Senior Officer in a National Furniture Division.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Below are four of my favorite ways to generate leads. While they&#8217;re very different from one another, each is effective, relatively inexpensive to duplicate and easy to implement.  They are listed below in no particular order of preference or importance.<br />
1. Farming Expired Listings<br />
Farming Expired Listings is my favorite lead generating strategy.  I&#8217;d much rather farm expired listings where the owners are known sellers than to cold call prospects.  Listings expire almost everyday, and somebody is going to re-list them.<br />
Will it be you?  It could be if you have a system for going after them, and you work it daily.  You can find a good expired listing system by Googling &#8220;Farming Expired Listings.&#8221;  Expired Listing Systems don&#8217;t cost a lot &#8211; in some instances the cost is less than a tank of gas.<br />
2. Real Estate Agent Web Sites<br />
Web Sites can generate leads through content.  Like a web site, content is multi purposed.  It can attract visitor, engage and inform about real estate related matters an can be instrumental in converting them to paying customers.<br />
More specifically, prospects can become better informed through information you provide on your web site.  And if you have a way to capture email names and addresses you should do it.<br />
If you don&#8217;t have a way to capture a visitors contact information you should get one, because once you have it you can remain in contact continue putting your marketing messages in front of them, and repetitive marketing is key developing relationships with them.<br />
And as you&#8217;ll come to know if you don&#8217;t already, selling is less about high pressure sales tactics and more about relationships. In fact, you should forget being &#8220;pushy&#8221; altogether, and focus on relationship building, because people do business with people they know, like and trust.<br />
3. Email Marketing<br />
Email Marketing is perhaps the best lead generator of all.  When you provide good information on a regular basis they are more likely to consider you when they&#8217;re interested in buying or selling real estate.  And it&#8217;s so very affordable.<br />
A good way to enhance your email marketing results is to use a sequential autoresponder that captures the names and email addresses of folk who visit your web site.  By doing so you&#8217;ll be able to send follow-up messages on a regular basis, almost completely automatically.<br />
Set up one message and you can use it thousands of times.  Set up a series of messages one time and you can use it until time ends, again and again &#8211; without fail and hardly lifting a finger ever again after the initial effort writing the messages and loading them into your autoresponder.<br />
If you don&#8217;t already have one you can go to Google and type in &#8220;autoresponders.&#8221;  I love mine and can&#8217;t ever imagine marketing anything without it.<br />
4. Referrals<br />
Ask any and everybody you know for referrals.  Friends and family members will be happy to refer their friends to you, but don&#8217;t assume they will do it because they know you&#8217;re a real estate agent.  Instead, be assertive and ask them to refer friends, coworkers and acquaintances.<br />
Stress to them that in order to be successful you need a replenishing source of leads.  You jut might be surprised by how many referrals they give you and how often they do.<br />
Conclusion<br />
There you have it &#8211; 4 ways to generate a steady stream of warm, responsive prospects.  Begin with one strategy, then add one at a time until you&#8217;re using all of them, or start all of them at the same time.  Either way you do it you&#8217;ll probably have some success with them,too &#8211; especially if you work them consistently.<br />

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Telemarketing is a direct marketing method, which is concerned with selling products and services to prospective customers via the telephone. The person engaged in such an activity is called a salesperson. There are times when there is no need for such a salesperson to perform, as sales pitches can be recorded and played via automatic dialing. </p>
<p>The two major categories of telemarketing are Business-to-business and Business-to-consumer. The former is concerned with transacting goods and services between businesses, whereas the latter focuses on serving products and services to the end consumer. </p>
<p>Subcategories of telemarketing include lead generation, which refers to the gathering of information, sales, which are primarily concerned with selling products and/or services and doing so by means of persuasion, inbound, which refers to reacting receptively to incoming requests for information and orders, and outbound, also known as proactive marketing. With inbound, it is mainly the outside salespersons, but also advertising and publicity that generally create demand. With outbound, the preexisting or prospective customers are contacted directly via the telephone, either by salespeople or through recorded messages. </p>
<p>Telemarketing can originate from a callcenter, from a company office or from home. If it involves a recorded message, telemarketing uses voice broadcasting and is also known as “automated telemarketing”. Another form of voice broadcasting, frequently used in sending out political messages, is ‘robocalling’. </p>
<p>A callcenter is a centralized office which serves the purpose of transmitting and receiving requests via the telephone. Companies usually administer callcenters in order to provide consumers with product support or provide answers to their information inquiries. A callcenter also serves a place where outgoing calls for clientele, debt collection and telemarketing are made. Callcenters are used by most major businesses with the purpose of interacting with their customers or that of servicing internal functions. Examples of such businesses include customer support for computer software and hardware, utility companies, and so forth. </p>
<p>A callcenter is generally operated with work stations and through an extensive open workspace. Work stations usually include a computer for each callcenter agent, supervisor stations and telephone sets connected to a telecom switch. Basically, a callcenter is concerned with call management, which aims at reducing costs and improving the operations of a certain company, while providing uniform and standardized service for its consumers. This is the reason why callcenters are ideal for large companies when their customer support needs are extensive. Calls are usually handles in an efficient manner due to the multi-tier support system that the callcenter staff are organized in. </p>
<p>As mentioned before, the types of calls in a callcenter can be divided into inbound and outbound. Inbound calls are made by customers who wish to obtain information, ask for help, report a malfunction, etc. Outbound calls are more closely related to telemarketing, as they are placed by agents to potential customers with the intention of providing services or selling products. </p>
<p>However, telemarketing is not entirely about selling something prospective customers. It is also used to solicit donations, and, in this case, its most frequent users are alumni associations, charitable organizations or political parties. Telemarketing can also serve as a means of conducting public opinion polls. </p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>In the good old days marketing and advertising were the same.  A new business found a location, placed some ads in the local newspaper and then sat back and watched the customer&#8217;s line up. Well, maybe it didn&#8217;t work just like that but it was a much simpler marketing world back then.<br />
Advertising wasn&#8217;t rocket science and it was easy to track the results. The ad was placed, the customers and sales were tracked and the business owner could see if the ad was effective. Many times it was and the business was off.<br />
But not so anymore. Marketing, advertising and sales are increasingly complex and extend across multi media. Steadily over the years owners have been reporting that mass media advertising has become less effective. That is the Return on Investment (ROI) is diminishing.<br />
As the sources of mass media have exploded consumers and prospects are bombarded with ads from every direction. This has made it very difficult for an individual ad to be noticed. Most ads sold in mass media are created by the media themselves. Joe and Sally Business Owner don&#8217;t have marketing expertise so they leave it up to the &#8216;experts&#8217;. The mass media experts are going to focus all their attention on Joe and Sally to get the sale and then proceed to create their ads the fastest and easiest way possible. Since Joe and Sally are marketing ignorant, they don&#8217;t understand what is happening.<br />
What is happening is the ads are boring, not targeted, safe and almost always ineffective. Not the best way to spend the marketing budget. What happened was Joe and Sally simply did not know so they trusted the media reps. Joe and Sally bought the old line that the purpose of marketing and advertising is to get your name out. The argument is that their media outlet has a target market of 10,000 or a million potential customers for your business. Joe and Sally think this is all too wonderful a deal and it is.<br />
The potential target market numbers are actually meaningless for the owner. Potential target market is a sales tool developed by the media to fool folks like Joe and Sally. Since Joe and Sally don&#8217;t know, they tend to follow the crowd. What the crowd and media won&#8217;t tell Joe and Sally is that &#8216;Get My Name Out&#8217; doesn&#8217;t work unless you buy the deluxe monthly package for 15 years. And even that is no guarantee.<br />
Joe and Sally left out one big step in their marketing campaign: how do we know if it works. The media will say that it works if a member of the target market now knows you are in business and what you are selling.<br />
That&#8217;s fine for the media to rack up numbers but those numbers simply do not translate into sales. Sales occur when a prospect that heard or saw the ad comes in and buys something. Any other scorecard for Joe and Sally&#8217;s business is meaningless.<br />
As you can see it&#8217;s a cop out to say radio, TV and newspaper ads are marketing. Joe and Sally are only fooling themselves and hurting their business if they believe that.<br />
There&#8217;s a more fundamental reason why traditional marketing and advertising doesn&#8217;t work: the design and attention getting are weak. Commercials and ads simply look and feel like commercials and ads. The consuming public sees this and immediately knows &#8216;this is an ad&#8217;.<br />
Shucks, what can poor Joe and Sally do? For starters Joe and Sally can stop whining and get to work. Joe and Sally need to create and execute their very own marketing and sales plan and not rely on some commissioned media sales rep to do it for them. The simplest way is to take their prospect profile or those who buys from them, and shake out the top customer benefit. The initial marketing focus is on creating a sense of urgency for obtaining this benefit.<br />
The ad or &#8216;hook&#8217; is then worked into the initial marketing piece. It doesn&#8217;t have to be flashy or glamorous but it does have to laser beam in on that benefit. Resist the temptation to add a laundry list of benefits to this ad. Once the ad is developed then it is ready for execution. This execution strategy may or may not include mass media, depending on the marketing budget. The smaller the budget the less likely mass media will work.<br />
What is important is that Joe and Sally constantly look for customer feedback on their ad. From this information Joe and Sally can refine or redo their ad. They can also create new ads and look at other customer benefits. The important point is that feedback is constant and the marketing strategy kept flexible.<br />
Since Joe and Sally are on a limited budget, they will have to do most of the marketing work themselves. As their business grows they can evolve and expand their marketing plan and contract marketing services.<br />
The good news this puts powerful marketing tools in the hands of owners like Joe and Sally. The bad news is that like all tools, these marketing tools don&#8217;t do the work. If they are not used, nothing happens.<br />
Joe and Sally have a choice. They can continue rat holing their marketing dollars in mass media which brings then little or no return on their investment. Or they can invest in computer and web technology, learn how to use it themselves and then control their marketing destiny.<br />
It&#8217;s Joe and Sally&#8217;s choice because it&#8217;s Joe and Sally&#8217;s business that is on the line. </p>

Sure who doesn&#8217;t know that there are and will always be wily marketers ready to pounce on your affiliate Id and swap it with theirs if you haven&#8217;t disguised or cloaked it (and no this is not an article promoting affiliate cloaking software&#8230;all the ones I have ever bought never ever worked! If you truly want to mask your links for free go to tinyurl.com) But back to the problem on hand&#8230;getting conned by the affiliate program itself? OUCH! Now that&#8217;s a low blow indeed! </p>
<p>So let&#8217;s break it down and see how this can happen. Let me add here that just occasionally by the way, such scenarios are the results of a mistake, but more often than not it is done intentionally. The real kicker though is that those websites offering affiliate programs designed to enrich the merchant yet leave you, the affiliate, out in the cold are legally well within their rights; i.e., you can&#8217;t go blabbing to the web police crying foul play and expect any retribution or justice so the onus is on you to sniff out those sneaky merchants.Case Of The 7-Day Affiliate Cookie Versus The 15-Day Free Trial!Huh? A 7-Day cookie yet the merchant is offering a 15-day free trial! Can you see what&#8217;s wrong with this picture? But just in case you don&#8217;t, let me clarify things by explaining what cookies are. Simply put, a cookie is a harmless piece of computer code or script that captures harmless information (such as identifying a computer through current and subsequent visits, websites visited and date of visit). This is of importance to you because this is how a merchant can tell that a particular customer who purchased from them was referred by you, thus ensuring you get your commission. The importance of cookies does not stop there. There&#8217;re cookies and there are cookies! Cookies are coded to expire after a set period of time. So if a merchant supplies you (the affiliate) with cookies programmed to expire after 120 days, this means that if one of your referrals makes a purchase anytime within those 120 days, you&#8217;ll get credited for that sale and get paid your commission. Remember, it generally takes at least several instances of exposure to a product before a person is ready to buy! So the longer lasting the cookie, the better&#8230;at least from your point of view as an affiliate. </p>
<p>Right, so let&#8217;s take a closer look at the merchant website that offered a 7-day cookie for its affiliate program yet at the same time offers its visitors a 15-day free trial period of the product. I&#8217;m sure you&#8217;ve caught on to the scam now&#8230;there&#8217;s no way that you are going to get any commission because by the time the prospective buyer (who originated from your website through your affiliate link) is ready to purchase once their 15-day free trial is up, the cookie encoded with your affiliate link would have already expired!</p>
<p>So what can you do in such a case? If you really like the product and feel quite strongly about promoting it, you could contact the merchant and inform them that you&#8217;d love to promote their product but you happened to notice that they also offered a co-existent 15-day free trial period. Politely point out to them that that 15-day free trial effectively nullifies any possibility of you being able to generate any commissions with a 7-day affiliate-link cookie in place. Then graciously ask if they could extend the cookie duration to a 30-day period which should at least make it possible for you to actually get awarded your rightful commissions.Nine times out of ten the reply (if you get any at all) is going to be NO unless you are a heavy hitter with an impressive volume of traffic or an extensive subscriber list&#8230;and if you also have evidence to backup your claims of heavy-hitter stardom . If, however, you still get a negative response or no response at all then don&#8217;t waste any more time and simply move on and forget all about promoting that program, unless you are a natural born altruist (a selfless person dedicated to help others at no personal gain).The Multi-Pay Option Game</p>
<p>This is another sneaky way in which you can be duped out of your rightful commissions, although this is not as deadly effective as the free-trial-period scam. Okay let&#8217;s consider a scenario in which you&#8217;re promoting an affiliate product listed at Click Bank (probably the largest online directory listing of digital marketing products available for affiliate promotion). A scenario such as this would have you send visitors from your site to the merchant&#8217;s website via a link encoded with your Click Bank affiliate Id (the Click Bank Id is part of the cookie encoded with your affiliate information enabling them to distinguish that it was indeed you who referred the purchaser.) </p>
<p>In an ideal situation, the prospect who you referred would then purchase the product and hey you just got commission! But what if the sneaky merchant gives that prospective buyer another payment option on their landing page, such as payment through PayPal? Your referral might decide hmmmm, lemme use the funds in my PayPal account instead&#8230;and just like that your commission is gone! As I pointed out earlier, this method does not cheat you out of your commissions as effectively as the free-trial one above, because in this case you have a 50/50 chance of getting your commission but in the other case you basically have none!Savvy Affiliate Marketing Tips </p>

They feel that it is outdated and that customers will not respond to it. Despite these concerns, there is evidence that a company can use direct mail to increase sales. The ways that companies use direct mail to increase sales are many and various. These companies often find that they are able to market in ways that use direct mail but are still very unique.<br />
For example, some companies that use direct mail to increase sales send out small packages instead of just letters or flyers. In these packages, they can send small gifts that relate to what they can offer to a business. A company that has checkout services for businesses might send out tiny shopping carts. A company that caters to pet owners might provide their customers or potential customers with tiny stuffed cats or dogs. The list of ways that a company could use direct mail to increase sales is almost endless.  But one thing is certain, is that you need to leverage many different avenues in order to reach your customers more effective.  When they start to see your company not only on the web, but also in offline advertising, your brand becomes more aware to them and you start to become familiar to them.<br />
We all know how important it is to have a multi-step marketing plan, well direct mail can be the perfect way to stay in touch with prospects pretty much automatically.  There are crm software solutions out on the market now, that make this possible just by setting up a customer in the system and letting the software do the work.  It simply can&#8217;t get any easier than that.  That is why that with the technology today, it&#8217;s easier than ever to stay in touch with your prospects and to keep the relationship going on autopilot.<br />
And it doesn&#8217;t just mean that you send out a simple flyer to your prospects and try to just keep your name in front of them.  By offering more than a simple flyer, a company can use direct mail to increase sales without seeming as though they were marketing to people simply to get them to buy its products or services. The key to using direct mail to increase sales is to show the customer that the company wants to create a business relationship, as opposed to only trying to get money. Naturally, the main goal of the company is to make money from customers that buy its products and services, but developing good relationships through finding ways to use direct mail to increase sales can help bring in more money and build a better customer base in the long run. Being innovative and ensuring that all potential customers are marketed to as skillfully as possible is the best way to use direct mail to increase sales, no matter what company or product is being marketed. </p>

Despite of the noble targets and best advices, most of the internet home business websites do not succeed, but simply fail for many reasons. I think one of the most popular reasons is that the owners think that this is so easy.<br />
But like in all businesses, also in the internet home  business, the basic things must be in shape. The most important is the shop, I mean the website, because that is our major tool. When you read the writings of the internet home business gurus, you will soon see, that they repeat the same basic things.<br />
In this article I will go through the three most important groundbreaking factors, which must be okay, before the business can become successful.<br />
1. The Internet Home Business Site Must Be Planned For Your Affiliate Programs.<br />
The website is your shop in the Net, it is your own marketplace and your major tool to build your own image, called the brand. The business plan determines, how your offer is different from thousands of others, how you stand out from the crowd of the competitors.<br />
This requires in most cases that you shall put yourself into fire and start to market in your own personal way. This gives a lot of extra power to the marketing and you will become an authority in your field over time.<br />
This has a good influence on the conversions of your affiliate links, AdSense ads, optin forms and so on. The key to success is the trust. If the internet home business marketer is able to build up the trust with his or her customers, it means a long term success to the business.<br />
Stats show that usually the prospect needs about from 5 to 7 contacts before he even thinks about buying something. And generally people do not want to be an object of the sales pitch, they need information and help.<br />
Now wew come to the most important point concerning the content. The site must have useful and fresh content, which responds to the needs of the average person in the target group.<br />
2. Give An Extra Gift To The Prospect.<br />
An extra incentive can be the final kick for the prospect which triggers the buying process and make it nice and reasonable to do it right now. Or it can be just the big difference vs. the other offers. On the other hand some programs do not offer extra gifts simply because they convert so well, that there is no need to do that.<br />
Or the high converting websites have the strategy, which gives the high conversions plus a nice, valuable prizes, which even increases the conversion rates. What a winning combination.<br />
3. To Become Successful The Site Needs Traffic.<br />
The more traffic you can generate the better and if the traffic is related and pre-sold even better. The internet home business is the numbers`game, which means the for every sale, you need hundreds of site visitors.<br />
I love the method of getting pre-sold traffic to the site, because that follows the psychological idea of the sales process, which is a multi-step process. For this purpose the article writing is the best method, that is my opinion.<br />
The major idea of pre-selling is to warm up the reader, not to reveal everything, and persuade him to click the link to be able to get what is waiting  on the landing page.<br />
If the articles are keyword optimized and distributed to hundreds or thousands of websites and directories, they will bring targeted traffic in the short and long term.<br />
Additionally, the articles will increase the search engine ranking of your home page, which happens little by little, and this will bring a nice flow of organic traffic again and again. </p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>How many times have you heard the phrase &#8220;the money&#8217;s in the list?&#8221;  Probably a lot if you have been involved in internet marketing for a length of time.  While I completely agree, I would like to add to this phrase and say &#8220;the big money&#8217;s in the database.&#8221;  If you want to start making the really big money, I&#8217;m talking tens of millions, even hundreds of millions of dollars a year from your business, you have to learn how to do database marketing for your business.</p>
<p>So what is database marketing?  Database marketing is when you gather together data about your prospects and customers and use this data to market your products and services more efficiently and effectively.  Do you realize that if you take a look at all the big companies, I&#8217;m talking about companies that are publicly traded and making an insane amount of money every year, the large majority of them use database marketing.</p>
<p>That&#8217;s called a clue.</p>
<p>Case in point, take a trip to your local supermarket.  Chances are your local supermarket is part of a national chain.  There are very few local supermarkets left due to global competition.  When you arrive at that supermarket, pick up some groceries and go to the checkout counter.  The cashier will likely ask you if you have some type of &#8220;advantage&#8221; card.</p>
<p>The advantage card gives you discounts on your groceries that you won&#8217;t get if you don&#8217;t have the advantage card.  For the supermarket, the advantage card gives the supermarket the ability to store your identifying information into a database so that they can use it to market better to you.  Not only do they have the basic information, such as your name, your address and your telephone number.  They also have your shopping habits, because remember, before you complete your purchase, you have to swipe that advantage card.</p>
<p>This is a classic example of database marketing at work.</p>
<p>Even though you are not a multi-million dollar national supermarket chain or retail store, you can still employ database marketing in your business as well.  The key is to develop a system to gather the information and then develop a system to store and use the information.</p>
<p>How do you gather the information?</p>
<p>One strategy that you can use is the same strategy the supermarkets use.  You can create some type of &#8220;preferred buyers&#8221; club where any member of the club receives discounts or special perks that other prospects and/or customers do not receive.  The only requirement is to sign up for the club by providing some simple information, such as your name, address and telephone number.</p>
<p>Employing this ONE strategy would put you light years ahead of much of your competition, ESPECIALLY if you are running an internet business.  Do you realize how much of your competition isn&#8217;t gathering any information about your customers besides a name and an email address?  If you take it one step further and are able to get an address and a telephone number, that opens up the door for you to use TWO additional means of getting your offers in the face of your prospect.</p>
<p>So decide today to develop a plan to employ database marketing into your business model.  This one step could literally triple your annual revenue for your business!</p>

If your ads are going to sell anything, you need to convert we to you.  Your ads need to address what is in it for your customer.  They (customers or prospects) could care less about you!<br />
Here is a piece of copy I recently lifted out of a Minnesota newspaper ad:   We have been in business 92 years.<br />
Here is a better way to say this:  You can take advantage of expertise that has weathered the test of time.  You can feel confident you are working with a business that is not just another pretty face or a fly-by-night.<br />
See the difference in believability?<br />
Nothing wrong with being proud of your company and what it has to offer.  However, understand very clearly that your customers care far more about how well you can help THEM meet THEIR needs.<br />
If you want your ads to produce results, you need to make your customer your specific target market&#8211;your focus in your copy.<br />
What words you use and how you use them are immediately apparent to the reader of your ad.  Do not get caught up in your own wonderfulness.<br />
Talk instead about all the ways your customer or prospect can benefit from your expertise and the stuff you sell.  When you we-we all over yourself, you send potential customers scurrying for the exit<br />
. . . as in turning the page or the dial!<br />
If you want to guarantee that you are talking benefits, give your copy the so what? test.<br />
 New coffee mug has built-in heating element to keep your coffee hot is what it says on the outside of the box.<br />
So what?<br />
Never sip a cold cup of coffee again!  Our new mug insures that your final sip is just as hot as your first!<br />
Bang!  Benefit copy!<br />
Here is another example taken from a furniture store ad from a Minnesota newspaper:<br />
Our multi-functional bench is hand-made of solid oak and is now sale priced at 28% off the original price.  This 3 foot wide bench will fit nicely in most any entryway.<br />
So what?<br />
Hang hats, coats, scarves, umbrellas and leashes on the hooks of this well made Arts and Crafts Bench.  Store sports stuff, backpacks and phone books down below.  Have a place to sit while you put on or take off your boots or shoes.  This 36-inch wide solid oak bench serves many functions without taking up a lot of space.  It will dress up your entryway or hall.<br />
Bingo!   You just told me exactly what is in it for me.  Benefit copy!<br />
A common problem that small businesses have when trying to translate their product or service features into benefits is that they are looking at the label from the inside of the bottle, (quote from best-selling author, Roy H. Williams.)<br />
They simply know too much about their own business (that is good!) but because they are experts, they often launch into a replay of what their product or service does or is and miss the so what? in addition, the what is in it for me?<br />
	They push the we-we and customers when prospects are looking for the me-me.  Take a close look at your next ad and be sure your focus is on your customer and that you are speaking to him or her in his or her own language.<br />
